Built in Gaza, for the sector

Grants that get funded. Partnerships that hold.

Humanitarian consulting for NGOs who need proposals, donor relationships, and MEAL frameworks that actually work on the ground in Gaza.

Background

Vendor first, consultant second — that's the difference.

For five years I founded and ran Excel Medical Company, a WHO- and NRC-certified medical supply organization serving UNRWA, NRC, MAP, and UPA. That work sat on the compliance side of the table, not the applicant side — it's where I learned how NGOs actually run, budget, and report, before I ever wrote a proposal for one.

After the business was lost, that experience became the foundation for grants and fundraising consultancy. I currently work as Independent Fundraising Consultant for FADE (Future Association for Development and Environment), Nuseirat, Gaza.

What I do

Four ways to work together

Grant Research & Proposal Writing

Donor mapping and winning proposals, built on a structured narrative framework so every application makes its case in order.

Partnership & Donor Development

Connecting local NGOs with INGOs and institutional donors — outreach strategy, warm introductions, and relationship building that outlasts one grant cycle.

MEAL

Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning frameworks built to satisfy donor compliance and actually inform the program.

Bilingual Documentation

Reports, proposals, and donor communications in English and Arabic that read as native in both, not translated in one.

The method

The Arafah Formula: CSIA

A structured way of writing grant narratives so a donor sees the need, the reality on the ground, what's at stake, and the exact ask — in that order.

C
Context

Where this is happening, and why it matters now.

S
Situation

The reality on the ground, in specific and verifiable terms.

I
Implication

What happens if nothing changes — the cost of inaction, made concrete.

A
Action

The exact ask: what the donor funds, and what it produces.
